7:30 AM – Morning mountain hike
9:00 AM – Food Sensitivities, your body is talking, are you listening?

10:00 AM – Upper body strength – push/pulls (body weight & resistance loops)
11:00 AM – Relax, Refresh & Reward Yourself with Time Off
Lunch in Canyon Breeze    1-5:00 PM – Spa Treatments
6:00 PM – Private Group Dinner
7:30 PM – Evening Stretch and Meditation

Day 3
6:30 AM – Breakfast On Own
7:00 AM – Lower body resistance training (get Obsessed)
10:00 AM – Nutrition and Your Workouts- What and When to Eat
11:00 AM – Relax, Refresh & Reward Yourself with Time Off
Lunch on Your Own in Canyon Breeze  
1-4:00 PM – Breakout sessions with Autumn
6:00 PM – Private Group Dinner (setting goals, go over individualized programs) 
7:30 PM – Relax and Restore, Meditation & Journaling under the stars

Day 4
6:30 AM – Breakfast On Own
8:00 AM – Cardio Core Workout
